Rental Hall Agreement
Planning an event at 61 Events? Please review our Rental Hall Agreement before your event. The agreement includes important information regarding rental times, fees, facility policies, renter responsibilities, cleanup requirements, and other terms and conditions.
Please download and review the agreement below. The completed agreement must be signed by the renter and a facility representative.
Rental Hall Information
Our rental hall is available for private events, celebrations, and gatherings. Rental times are scheduled in advance, and all setup and cleanup must be completed within your contracted rental period.
Available Rental Periods
- Morning: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Afternoon: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Special hours may be available upon request.
Rental Policies
Overtime & Out-of-Contract Access
Accessing the facility before your contracted start time or remaining after your contracted end time will result in an automatic charge of
$250 per hour, or any fraction thereof.
Cleaning & Trash
Renters are responsible for leaving the hall in reasonably clean condition. All trash must be bagged and placed in designated receptacles at the end of the event.
Decorations
Tape, tacks, nails, and staples are not permitted on walls or ceilings. Glitter, confetti, and open flames are prohibited. Enclosed candles and catering chafing dishes are permitted.
Conduct & Supervision
Renters are responsible for the behavior and supervision of their guests. Children must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended in the parking lot or 61PinBar.
Damage & Vandalism
The renter is financially responsible for damage, vandalism, or loss involving the rental hall, grounds, furnishings, or equipment caused by the renter, their guests, invitees, or vendors.
